What kind of licensing do you offer?

Is it ok if my venue is very dark?

Yes, that’s perfectly fine! I can bring additional lighting if allowed. If not, or if flash photography isn’t allowed, such as chapels, my camera has low-light performance and lenses with low aperture settings.

Will I need a permit for the location I’d like you to shoot at?

It depends! For example, if your event is on-site, you probably won’t need one, but if you’re leaving the venue to go to another location, you may need a permit. If you’re unable to determine whether or not you need a permit, please contact me so I can assist you. Please note that the permit must be obtained by the client, not the photographer.

Are all images available for download touched up?

Yes. All images are uploaded with some editing, which is done one at a time. This can include color correction, clarity adjustments, tone-mapping, black and white processing and more.

What are my rights with my digital prints?

You may reprint and post the images to social media; however, you may not sell your images for profit or publish without my consent.

Do you have the right to publish my photos?

Yes, I have the right to publish and self-promote with your photos. In rare cases when a client prefers to not be published, I will honor that. Just ask me!
